Why did Cheval need to exist?
After decades of helping organizations grown, I saw a recurring pattern - businesses invest heavily in strategy, technology and operations, but often underestimate the leadership and people systems required to make growth sustainable.
Why is Cheval the company to build it?
I spent my career as a global HR executive helping organizations navigate growth, transformation and complexity. Along the way, I discovered that the most important organizational challenges were rarely just HR challenges - they were leadership challenges.
Through Equus coaching, I found a powerful way to help leaders see themselves differently. Horses respond to presence, clarity, trust and authenticity - not job titles or hierarchy. They reveal leadership behaviors in a way that creates immediate, positive and lasting change.
